The speaker mounts developed for the Sprinter dashboard integrate two 80mm midrange speakers in an acoustically optimal listening position. Two 26mm softdome neodymium tweeters in the A-pillars complete the 3-way system and achieve a wide, spatial soundstage. Spatial soundstage. A 165mm JEHNERT power woofer (mounting adapter included) in the factory installation location of each vehicle door ensures a greatly improved fundamental sound reproduction and higher overall sound pressure.

The Sprinter sound system is specially vehicle acoustically calibrated. This guarantees an optimal sound image as well as a detailed music reproduction.

The sound package 2 includes the following components:

• 3-way sound system in anthracite (art no. 65700)
• subwoofer of your choice
• digital 5-channel amplifier “plug & play” incl. Sprinter sound setup
• subwoofer connection cable “plug & play” 4.8 m

Living area:
• 2 x Multibox of your choice (please specify when ordering, individual on request).

The digital 5-channel amplifier is extremely powerful and particularly versatile. It offers the possibility of finest frequency programming with broadband frequency compensation as well as the transfer of frequencies and runtime corrections.
A specific setup has been developed for the Sprinter, which is pre-installed with every sound package. The compact 5-channel amplifier features a dynamically controlled switching power supply, which reduces heat generation and power consumption to an absolute minimum.

Vehicles with a factory-fitted Mercedes radio require a connection cable for the amplifier (optionally selectable see above).

Optional accessories:

To control the subwoofer, an additional subwoofer controller is optionally available (art no. 68495)
Important is the appropriate insulation of the vehicle doors / side panel, for this a corresponding insulation package is available. This includes Alubutyl, insulation fleece as well as Rainstop (art no. 27920).
