For payment in advance, PayPal, Klarna or Sofortüberweisung we charge a flat rate of EUR 9.50 shipping costs within Germany. For individual items with enlarged special dimensions, shipping costs of EUR 24 will be charged within Germany. The adjustment is made directly in the shopping basket / checkout.

For deliveries to Belgium, Austria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg or Denmark we charge shipping costs of EUR 24.

Delivery outside the above-mentioned countries is of course possible. You are welcome to enquire about delivery costs to other countries by telephone or e-mail.

We produce to order, so the delivery time is usually 7-10 working days.

In individual cases, delivery times may be longer (e.g. special colours, company holidays or specific package configurations)

Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Jehnert Sound Design, Im Michelreis 14, 72124 Pliezhausen, Tel.: 07127 93457-0, Fax: 07127 93457-10, E-Mail: sounddesign@jehnert.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).  Immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. Ex. special colours

Cancellation policy form

End of the cancellation policy

If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and are acting in the exercise of your commercial or self-employed activity when concluding the contract, the right of cancellation does not apply.

2. references and links

In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites (“hyperlinks”) that lie outside the author’s area of responsibility, a liability obligation would only come into force in the event that the author is aware of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for him to prevent use in the event of illegal content. The author hereby expressly declares that no illegal content was recognisable on the linked pages at the time the links were created. The author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design, content or authorship of the linked pages. This statement applies to all links and references set within the author’s own website as well as to third-party entries in guest books, discussion forums, link directories, mailing lists and all other forms of databases set up by the author to whose content external write access is possible. Liability for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and in particular for damage resulting from the use or non-use of such information lies solely with the provider of the page to which reference is made, and not with the person who merely refers to the respective publication via links.

3. copyright and labelling law

The author endeavours to observe the copyrights of the images, graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts used in all publications, to use images, graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts created by himself or to make use of licence-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts.

All brands and trademarks mentioned on the website and possibly protected by third parties are subject without restriction to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention of a trade mark does not imply that it is not protected by third-party rights!

The copyright for published objects created by the author himself remains solely with the author of the pages. Any duplication or use of objects such as diagrams, sounds or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the author’s agreement.

This website uses Piwik and Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc (“Google”). Piwik and Google Analytics use “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of analysing your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. 6.2 Data protection and Facebook

Our websites use plugins in a protected form from the network facebook.com (http://www.facebook.com), which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304 USA (‘Facebook’). These plugins are recognisable by the Facebook logo or a corresponding addition.

You will find the following Facebook button on our site: “Connect with Facebook”

The “Like” button will only appear if you click the “Connect with Facebook” button.

If you click on the “Connect with Facebook” button, the activated Facebook plugin creates a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook pages. As this transmission takes place directly, we do not receive any knowledge of the transmitted data. What is transmitted is the fact that you have accessed the corresponding page. If you are logged into Facebook at the same time, this information is assigned to your Facebook account and is thus associated with your person.

The same applies if you click on the “Like” button and leave comments. If you wish to avoid data transmission to Facebook, we recommend that you do not click on the “Connect to Facebook” button, or only if you are not logged in to Facebook.

You can find out more about the further use and storage of your personal data by Facebook Inc. at: http://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php (German) or http://www.facebook.com/policy.php (English).
