Brilliant sound and perfect integration for the Ford Transit / Tourneo »Custom«
In precisely tuned listening positions, two 55mm midrange drivers and 26mm tweeters each in vehicle-specific midrange-tweeter modules on the A-pillars achieve a perfect sound stage. A 165mm JEHNERT power woofer (mounting adapter included) in the factory installation location of each vehicle door ensures a powerful low frequency range. The sound system is vehicle acoustically specially tuned to the Ford Custom. This guarantees an optimal sound image and a detailed music reproduction.
The scope of delivery includes the following components:
• 3-way sound system (part no. 65900)
• Subwoofer 17008E
• High-performance amplifier incl. Ford sound setup
• Subwoofer connection cable “plug & play” 4,8 m
The amplifier of this premium-plus package offers even greater sound dynamics for hi-fi purists with double the power.
An optional 2-way rear system (part no. 65960) for factory installation completes the sound system with perfect surround sound (optional, can also be retrofitted).
It is important that the vehicle doors/side trim are appropriately insulated; a corresponding insulation package is available for this purpose. This includes Alubutyl and expanding foam (Art. No. 27980).
