Insulation for Ford and VW – Insulation for vehicle doors and door panelling

The use of woofers in the door panelling causes vibrations from the basses, which lead to noise in the cab.

Measures against vibration noise: Insulation of the vehicle doors / side panelling

With the special insulation package for Ford and VW, the door panels/side panels can be insulated so that no disturbing vibration noises occur.

Scope of delivery consisting of:

2x expandable foam
4x Alubutyl

Expandable foam – 5mm
• easy, clean and quick to process, even in multiple layers
• Dimensions: 1000 x 500 x 5 mm
• Thickness: 5mm

Aluminium butyl mat – 3mm
• High-quality alubutyl insulation material with a thick aluminium layer
• Dimensions: 50 cm x 60 cm (0.3 m²)
• Thickness (total): 3.00 mm
• Rubber: 2.8 mm
• Alu: 0,2 mm
