Doorboards with 3-way-soundsystem
The starter solution: The doorboards with an angular midrange speaker have been developped as a modular concept. Fig. detail 1 shows both, the doorboard prod. code 45157 and 46157. Ordering 45157 is only the front part. Without the back subwoofer module the doorboard touches directly the original tray. Please order the subwoofer system under prod.code no. 46157. The system to start out with keeps the back tray in original. The subwoofer-panel prod.code 46157 as sound addition for the quadruple bass system
car-specific soundsystem
The double-bass system is connected directly with the midrange speaker in the doorboard. The angular position of the midrange speaker guarantees an optimal dispersion. A high quality 26mm (1″) softdome tweeter is installed in the original mount in the car door. The system impresses by a very clear and pleasantly spatial sound image with precise and extraordinary powerful bass playback.
