In the Mercedes Sprinter or Fiat Ducato, the underseat subwoofer provides optimum bass support under the front passenger seat.
It is installed in the seat console to save space (also suitable for swivelling seats). This is a passive subwoofer which requires an amplifier for connection. The connection to the amplifier of the sound packages is plug & play, with third-party amplifiers it may be necessary to adapt the wiring harness.
AMP V40 CampTec amplifier
The compact and versatile JEHNERT® Mini 4-channel amplifier ‘Amp V40 CampTec’ convinces with its new innovative technology, simple operation and unrivalled change of the desired music sources. Thanks to its very compact design, the CampTec can be installed in the smallest of storage spaces (45 mm x 162 mm x 80 mm).
The connection is very simple and can be retrofitted using the plug & play connection. Thanks to the highly innovative and efficient technology of the AMP V40 CampTec, the radio’s existing power supply can also be used for the power amplifier. No external power supply required. Thanks to innovative intelligence, the amplifier is also switched on in TV mode by recognising the signal, so that no additional remote switch is required (‘Easy’ Install). Thanks to two AUX inputs, flexible connection of a Bluetooth module for ‘wireless music streaming’ and TV connection via jack is possible. The desired sources are switched automatically.
